1. Definitions

  • “User” refers to any individual accessing or using RupeeLoanz’s services.

     

  • “Services” include loan application processing, financial evaluation, customer support, and related offerings provided through our platform.

     

  • “Personal Data” refers to the information you provide or we collect, including but not limited to identification details, financial data, transactional SMS data, device information, and location data.

     

2. Eligibility

  • By accessing or using the RupeeLoanz platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and legally competent to enter into a binding contract.

     

  • You authorize RupeeLoanz to share your information with its partner banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for the purpose of processing and servicing your loan request.

     

  • You consent to be contacted by RupeeLoanz or its authorized partners via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, push notifications, or emails for loan processing, verification, and customer support.

     

  • If at any time you disagree with these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

     

3. Data Collection and Usage

3.1 Transactional SMS Data

We may collect only transactional SMS data to evaluate your financial health, including income, spending patterns, and repayment capacity. Promotional or personal SMS data is not accessed.

3.2 Location and Device Data

We may collect your location details and device information to:

  • Verify your identity

     

  • Detect and prevent fraud

     

  • Enhance security and service delivery

     

3.3 Third-Party SDKs

Our app and platform may integrate authorized third-party SDKs to improve services, including but not limited to:

  • User behavior analytics (e.g., Microsoft Clarity)

     

  • Credit risk assessment (e.g., FinBox or equivalent partners)

     

  • Marketing campaign tracking (e.g., Trackier)

     

  • Fraud detection and analytics (e.g., Credeau)

     

  • Customer engagement (e.g., WebEngage)

     

All integrations are used strictly for legitimate purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Payment Information

  • When you make payments for loan processing fees, subscription services, or related offerings through our authorized payment gateway providers, we may collect:

     

    • UPI ID, bank account details, or card details

       

    • Transaction date, time, and amount

       

  • RupeeLoanz does not store or process your payment credentials directly. All sensitive payment data is securely handled by authorized payment processors.

     

  • Payment processors may use fraud detection software for automated transaction approvals. If you wish to contest any decision, please contact our support team.

     

  • Invoices for transactions will be stored for compliance and accounting purposes.

     

5. User Responsibilities

By using RupeeLoanz services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and loan applications.

     

  • Not use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

     

  • Comply with all applicable laws, RBI guidelines, and financial regulations in India.

     

6. Limitation of Liability

  • RupeeLoanz is a facilitator of loan services and not the final lender in most cases. Loan approvals, terms, and disbursements are at the discretion of our partner banks and NBFCs.

     

  • We are not liable for any financial decisions, losses, or disputes arising between you and lending partners.

     

  • Our platform and services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and while we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

     

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

  • False or misleading information is provided

     

  • Any suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is detected

     

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws

     

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect regulatory changes or business updates. Continued use of the RupeeLoanz platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
